EXPECTED OUTCOMES

The commedia conference aims to discuss and explore commedia dell’Arte for a contemporary Australian context. Through research, practical engagement and sharing of ideas and experiences, teachers and actors can develop an understanding of commedia dell’Arte past, present and future: applying their understanding of the genre – one that is constantly moving – to their own environment, whether it be the stage or the classroom.
